Jack did a photo shoot for our chiropractor. In return he gave Jack a Target gift card. Jack bought a Lego set that builds 3 animals. The first we did is a scorpion. As you can see he has been crawling around the counters and fridge.

Thursday - dog went to school with Jack & Lilly came over for a playdate. Their new favorite song is "Final Countdown" by Europe. They perform it with dance, facial expressions, and their interpretation of the words...Pretty funny!

Jack was getting ready to go to Grandma Sandy & Grandpa Jim's yesterday. He found this shirt in his closet (with tags on) and insisted on wearing it. Here is how the conversation went:

J: I want to wear this shirt. No, I need to wear it.
Ang: Well, it is short sleeves and it is too cold to wear short sleeves.
J: I can wear it with this one, like Daddy does.  (brings a long sleeved gray shirt)
A: Ok (we put it on)
J: Where did you get this shirt?
A: Janie & Jack.
J: That is a good store, I like their clothes.

Sidewalk

This is a rather strange post for me. It is two pictures of our sidewalk (one with our house in view) and one of our alley. The reason I am posting this at 8:30 PM on Feb. 21, 2013 is this: I just got a letter from the City of Minneapolis saying my sidewalk is "not cleared", is "impassable", and that they will inspect it again in a few days. If my sidewalk is "not clear" when they "inspect it" they will fine me $105 and that is a deal because it will cost them $186 to do that. As you can see, my sidewalk IS clear. We are expecting another 3-5" of snow in the next 12-24 hours. I am assuming I will get inspected tomorrow and want proof that I have a clear sidewalk. Take a look at the clearing the City has done in our alley...

We spent last week with Brandon and enjoyed seeing Linda and Bunny (can't believe I forgot to take pictures!), visiting the Milwaukee Zoo - Jack was in heaven with a full building of snakes. For Brandon's sake I only am posting one. Nick brought 3 snakes to dinner on Thursday, with which he successfully scared Brandon. Afterwards he gave all 3 to Jack and agreed there would be more at their next meeting :)
