ER Visit Explanation

In response to all of the questions and concern, I apologize I did not give an explanation to go along with the ER visit post! Jack took a fall, head first, off the new terrace wall in the backyard. I had a nightmare during construction that something like that would happen - and it only took a few weeks for it to actually occur. He landed in the dry creek right on the top of his head, his neck bent funny, and his body followed. After speaking with Triage we were instructed to get him to ER more because of his tender neck than the fall on the head. As most of you who have spent any time around the munchkin know, he is a social flirt and by the time we got into a room in the ER he was flirting shamelessly with the nurses! After 3 hours of observation in ER we were sent home with a list of things to watch and instructions to keep him "calm" through the weekend. Ha! By Saturday morning (this happened Friday at 7:30 PM) he was up and raring to go!

Container Gardening

In an effort to bring more color to our now grass-les backyard, we are doing some containers.

Fun with Grandpa Jim

Thankfully Grandpa came over last Saturday AM. After the ER visit on Friday night neither Brandon nor Ang had much energy, but Jack was raring to go. Grandpa kept up with him just fine!

City Museum, St. Louis

The City Museum was an experience! The entire concept is about exploration so there are literally no maps/guides - you just explore this huge 10 story building. The Toddler Floor wore Jack out in about 90 minutes.
