After a few days of eating solids once a day Jack decides he no longer needs help with his spoon.

Mom & Baby Reunion

We had a Mom & Baby class get together on

Saturday. Jack had a lot of fun but was tired by the time we got cameras out. Right after this he fell asleep on my lap and slept all the way home. However then he decided he was done napping for the day and stayed up until about 8PM!

ECFE

We had our last ECFE class last Wednesday. As you can tell Jack was not very interested in the photo taking :) The class was good for him in terms of socialization - he has decided other kids are pretty fun!

New Shoes

Jack started wearing some tennis shoes this week. He was a little unsure about them at first and was incredibly curious about the laces. But after a few days he seems to have adapted rather well.

Sitting Up!

Jack is doing fantastic sitting up. He can go for a few minutes before losing his balance - but this week has started to catch himself before he topples over.

We took 5 month pictures with the same stuffed animals we used last month. This time he decided the dog's ribbon was a great thing to taste.

Jack made the trip to Seattle very easily. We had breakfast at Lowell's once we arrived. He enjoyed it and as you can see is starting to really be aware of where the camera is!

This was the extent of Jack's activity once we got home on Easter evening.

Thanks to the Petersons for the Exersaucer for Grandma and Grandpa's house! It is a hit, however he got pretty tired.
