Jack & Grigg

Jack was taking toys out of his stash, playing with them for a minute and then putting them on Grigg's lap. And watching him. And watching him.
Showing him how it is done.

Enjoying the toys on the swing from the other side, and in the process rocking Grigg.

Day 1 of Grigg being with us on Tuesdays went outstanding. Jack took right to Grigg - I think these two are going to be trouble as they get older and plot against us!

Garbanzos

Jack loves garbanzo beans.

Anniversary Evening

Flowers, wine, decadent chocolate cake and an insanely good home cooked meal. Poached salmon, fingerling potatoes, and a shrimp/fontina risotto. Jack loves watching Brandon cook but was in bed well before dinner was ready.

Morning Walk

Goofy on a morning walk with Zoe. I am surprised but he keeps his mittens and hat on - and usually doesn't seem to mind wearing them!

First True Burley Ride

We took Jack in the Burley yesterday on our bikes. He LOVED it, was grinning ear to ear most of the ride and was chattering away. We went about 8 or 10 miles and he would have gone longer! A good sign as we kind of like biking around here :)

The Boys

We had Jan & Eric over last night. Jack fit right in "hanging with the boys". As you can see he was very interested in the tortilla chips. He decided to try them but that did not work very well and ended in him throwing up on Eric - who took it right in stride :)

More Feeding Himself

Highly independent. Highly unskilled with his spoon.

Sebastian Joe's

Jack was much more interested in the other little boy that was at the next table causing trouble and flirting with the other patrons than he was in his strawberry banana ice cream.

Cottage Cheese

Cottage Cheese can become very messy when a ten month old decides to feed himself. October 17, 2009
